Ordering
You may order directly through our website using the email option next to every item or use the Contact form to send a list of items you would like to purchase or inquire about. All specimens are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each specimen includes an ID Card from The Hupé Collection. Any additional items such as, but not limited to, a Certificate of Authenticity, prior collection labels, export permits or additional information regarding provenance will be included.
Payment & Sales Tax
We accept Personal Checks, Company Checks, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Bank Wire Transfers and PayPal. Payment plans to pre-qualified clients are also offered as an option on higher priced items.
Our preferred method of payment is by Check (US orders only) or Bank Wire Transfer. All payments must be made in US dollars. Please allow up to 10 days for checks to clear our bank before shipment is released. Florida residents please add 7% sales tax or submit a sales tax resale number.
For Italian orders, we DO NOT accept PayPal payments due to unfair business practices that do not protect the seller.
Shipping
All US orders are typically shipped by USPS Priority Flat Rate mail (with delivery confirmation for US customers). For more expensive items and/or expedited shipping, please include requested shipping method and/or insurance at time of order to receive the actual shipping rate. We recommend FedEx, UPS or DHL in these cases for better security of shipment.
For International locations, we calculate the actual shipping and/or insurance cost based on the method of shipping requested. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination. We do not charge a handling or service fee! Shipments are typically sent within two business days of receiving cleared payment. Please allow up to 10 days for checks to clear our bank before shipment is released.
For Italian orders, we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen shipments due to corrupt activities within Italy's shipping and/or customs departments. Italian shipments are made strictly by FedEx and the customer bears all responsibility for packages that are not received for any reason (i.e. theft, lost, etc.). We also do not take responsibility for orders from countries with unreliable mail service. Insurance in these cases is strongly encouraged.

Returns must be received within 14 days from receipt of the item and in the original condition. Return shipping and/or insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Please package return items with the same care as they were shipped to you. Buyer assumes cost of return shipping.
