Zagami is a Martian Shergottite meteorite. This meteorite fell on October 3rd, 1962 in Katsina Province, Nigeria. It has a nice glossy fusion crust and a matrix that is actually quite busy when viewed under a microscope or strong hand loupe. This is a very young meteorite with a crystallization age of only 1.3 Billion years.
